1. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, business name, phone, and login metadata.
• Business content: leads, customers, quotes, invoices, line items, follow-ups, review requests and activity logs you create.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, and error logs.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.

2. How we use it

To operate your account, render customer-facing quote and invoice pages, send the emails you trigger, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not run advertising profiles on your data.

3. Homeowner and customer data

Contact details you enter about your customers are processed on your behalf. You are the controller of that data; we are the processor. Public quote and invoice links use unguessable tokens and expose only what is needed to review and accept the document.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the vendors needed to run the platform, such as hosting and database, transactional email delivery, and payment processing, all under contracts limiting their use. We may disclose data if legally required.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped per business with row-level security so one account cannot read another's records, and privileged operations run server-side.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for 30 days after closure so you can export it, unless a longer period is required for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from the dashboard or by emailing us. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage for sign-in sessions and interface preferences such as your theme. No third-party advertising trackers.
