1. The service

QuotesForge is a software service for contractors to manage leads, quotes, invoices, follow-up and review requests. We may add, change or remove features over time, but we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a billing period.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your business. One login per person; do not share credentials.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
• Prices are shown in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled solely under our Refund Policy.

4. Your data

You own the customer, quote and invoice data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process it in order to operate the service. You are responsible for having the right to store the contact details you upload and for complying with marketing, email and SMS consent laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, or infringing use.
• No unsolicited bulk messaging or purchased contact lists.
• No attempts to breach, probe, overload or reverse engineer the platform.
• No reselling the service without written permission.

6. Third-party services

Payments, email delivery and messaging may be provided by third parties. Their outages or policies may affect the service, and their terms apply to your use of those features.

7. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that the software will be error-free. Documents you generate are your responsibility to review before sending to a customer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other users. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. Changes and contact
