Refund Policy
Last updated August 27, 2026
Subscription fees are non-refundable, with one exception: if you have not used the platform at all since your last billing date, we will refund that billing period in full.
1. The rule
Payments are charged in advance for a service that is available to you for the whole period. We therefore do not issue refunds or partial credits for unused time, downgrades, or mid-cycle cancellations, except as described below.
2. The no-activity exception
If no activity has been recorded on your account since the last billing date, you are eligible for a full refund of that most recent charge. Activity means any of the following, performed by any user on the account:
- Signing in to the dashboard
- Creating or editing a lead, customer, quote or invoice
- Sending a quote, invoice, review request or follow-up
- A customer viewing or accepting one of your public quote or invoice links
- Changing business, template or account settings
Our activity log is the record of truth. If the log contains zero entries between the billing date and your request, the refund is approved.
3. Scope and limits
- Only the most recent billing period is refundable; earlier periods are final.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the charge.
- One no-activity refund per account per 12 months.
- Third-party pass-through costs already incurred (such as delivered messages) are not refundable, though by definition an inactive period should have none.
4. How to request
Email team@quotesforge.com from the address on the account with the charge date. We check the activity log and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
5. Cancelling instead
Cancelling stops all future charges immediately and your account stays usable until the end of the period already paid for. If you are not using QuotesForge, cancelling is the fastest way to avoid the next charge.
